ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

If the English and Thai versions differ, the English version applies, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and GlowCube Game Inc. ("we"), who run "Uncle Drill: To the Core" (สว่านทะลวงพิภพ). By playing you accept these terms. How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please stop playing and uninstall the app.

2. Age

The game is made for players aged 13 and over. Players who are not yet adults must have a parent's or guardian's permission before buying anything in the game.

3. Your account

• The game makes a player account automatically when you first open it. There is no login, and the account lives on your phone.
• The account can be lost when you uninstall the app, clear its data or change phones. We do not promise we can restore it. If you bought something, write to us with the order number (GPA.…).
• Your account is for you alone. Do not buy, sell, trade or share accounts.

4. Virtual items and currency

• Coins, stars, ores, food, tools, drills, gear, keepsakes, skins and everything else in the game ("items") are a personal licence to use within this game only. They are not property or money, have no real-world cash value, and cannot be cashed out, transferred or resold.
• Your items are kept on our server, and the server's balance is the correct one. We may correct balances that are wrong because of a system error or cheating.
• The game sells no random boxes for real money or for stars. What you get is shown before you buy.
• We may adjust in-game prices, rewards and difficulty to keep the game balanced.

5. Purchases

• All purchases go through Google Play at the price Google Play shows. What you get is added once our server has confirmed the purchase with Google.
• The Master Driller Membership is a monthly subscription that renews and charges automatically until you cancel it in Google Play; after cancelling it lasts to the end of the period. The Monthly Card does not renew by itself.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play yourself.
• If you paid and did not get your items, tell us in "Talk to us" on the game's home screen, or by email, with the order number (GPA.…).

6. Refunds

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, and nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may take back what it gave.

7. Ads

The game has video ads you choose to watch for a reward, and a short ad between the end of some runs and their summary, within limits per run and per day. The reward is given when the ad reports it was watched; an ad that fails costs you nothing. Buyers of "No Ads" and members never see the short ad and get video rewards without watching, under the same limits.

8. Fair play

Do not modify the app, use bots or play aids, exploit bugs, fake ad views, use unauthorised payments or abuse refunds, or interfere with our servers. If we find this, we may take back items gained that way, reset progress, or suspend or close the account, with no refund for items gained through it.

9. Names and messages

Your name on the leaderboard, and the messages and pictures you send in "Talk to us", must be polite and lawful and must not contain other people's personal data. We may remove a name or message that isn't, and we may not answer it.

10. Content and intellectual property

The game, its art, sound and text belong to us or our licensors. The characters, village and story are fiction for entertainment. What the game says about rocks, ores and the Earth is there for fun and is not advice on real drilling, digging or tools.

11. Changes and end of service

• We may update, add or remove content. Offers last for the time shown in the game. Starting a run needs an internet connection, and the game may be unavailable for maintenance from time to time.
• If we end the service, we will say so at least 30 days ahead and stop selling items when we do. Remaining items are not refunded in money unless the law requires it.

12. Liability

We provide the game as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.

13. Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time in "Talk to us" or on the account deletion page. All items are gone for good and cannot be restored.

14. Changes to these terms, law and contact

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date; playing on afterwards means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by Thai law, without taking away the protections of the law of the country where you live that cannot be waived. Contact us at [email protected] or in "Talk to us".

2. อายุ

3. บัญชี

• เกมสร้างบัญชีผู้เล่นให้อัตโนมัติตอนเปิดครั้งแรก ไม่มีการล็อกอิน และบัญชีอยู่กับเครื่องของคุณ
• บัญชีอาจหายเมื่อลบแอป ล้างข้อมูลแอป หรือเปลี่ยนเครื่อง เราไม่รับประกันว่าจะกู้คืนให้ได้ ถ้าเคยซื้อของ ติดต่อเราพร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ (GPA.…)
• บัญชีเป็นของคุณคนเดียว ห้ามซื้อ ขาย แลก หรือให้ผู้อื่นใช้บัญชี

4. ไอเทมและสกุลเงินในเกม

• เหรียญ ดาว แร่ ของกิน เครื่องมือ สว่าน อุปกรณ์ ของสะสม สกิน และของอื่นในเกม ("ไอเทม") เป็นสิทธิ์ใช้งานส่วนตัวภายในเกมนี้เท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินหรือเงิน ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง แลกคืนเป็นเงิน โอน หรือขายต่อไม่ได้
• ยอดไอเทมของคุณเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา ยอดบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์เป็นยอดที่ถูกต้อง เราอาจแก้ยอดที่ผิดจากข้อผิดพลาดของระบบหรือการโกง
• เกมไม่ขายกล่องสุ่มด้วยเงินจริงหรือดาว ของที่ได้แสดงก่อนกดซื้อ
• เราอาจปรับราคาในเกม รางวัล และความยากง่ายเพื่อความสมดุลของเกม

5. การซื้อในเกม

• การลบบัญชีไม่ยกเลิกการสมัครสมาชิก ให้ยกเลิกเองที่ Google Play
• ถ้าจ่ายเงินแล้วไม่ได้ของ แจ้งเราที่ "คุยกับทีม" บนหน้าบ้านของเกม หรืออีเมล พร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ (GPA.…)

6. การคืนเงิน

การขอคืนเงินทำตามนโยบายของ Google Play และไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในที่ที่คุณอยู่ให้คุณ เมื่อการซื้อถูกคืนเงินหรือถูกปฏิเสธการชำระ เราอาจเรียกของจากการซื้อนั้นคืน

7. โฆษณา

เกมมีโฆษณาวิดีโอที่คุณกดดูเองเพื่อรับรางวัล และโฆษณาสั้นๆ ระหว่างจบรอบกับหน้าสรุปในบางรอบ โดยจำกัดจำนวนต่อรอบและต่อวัน รางวัลให้เมื่อโฆษณารายงานว่าดูแล้ว โฆษณาที่ล้มเหลวไม่ทำให้คุณเสียอะไร ผู้ซื้อ "ไม่ต้องดูโฆษณา" และสมาชิกไม่เห็นโฆษณาสั้น และรับรางวัลวิดีโอได้โดยไม่ต้องดู ภายใต้จำนวนเดิม

8. การเล่นอย่างยุติธรรม

ห้ามแก้ไขแอป ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่นหรือบอต ใช้ช่องโหว่ของเกม ปลอมการดูโฆษณา ใช้การซื้อที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตหรือขอคืนเงินโดยทุจริต หรือรบกวนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ถ้าพบ เราอาจเรียกของที่ได้มาโดยไม่ชอบคืน รีเซ็ตความคืบหน้า ระงับ หรือปิดบัญชี โดยไม่คืนเงินสำหรับของที่ได้จากการกระทำนั้น

9. ชื่อและข้อความ

ชื่อบนกระดานอันดับ และข้อความและภาพที่ส่งใน "คุยกับทีม" ต้องสุภาพ ไม่ผิดกฎหมาย และไม่มีข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น เราอาจลบชื่อหรือข้อความที่ไม่เหมาะสม และอาจไม่ตอบ

10. เนื้อหาและทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เกม ภาพ เสียง และข้อความเป็นของเราหรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ ตัวละคร หมู่บ้าน และเรื่องราวเป็นเรื่องสมมติเพื่อความบันเทิง สิ่งที่เกมเล่าเรื่องหิน แร่ และโลกมีไว้เพื่อความเพลิดเพลิน ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำการเจาะ การขุด หรือการใช้เครื่องมือจริง

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติบริการ

• เราปรับปรุง เพิ่ม หรือเอาเนื้อหาออกได้ ข้อเสนอมีเวลาจำกัดตามที่แสดงในเกม การเริ่มรอบต้องต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต และเกมอาจใช้ไม่ได้ชั่วคราวเมื่อปิดปรับปรุง
• ถ้าจะยุติบริการ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน และหยุดขายของในเกมเมื่อแจ้ง ไอเทมที่เหลือไม่คืนเป็นเงิน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนด

12. ความรับผิด

เราให้บริการเกมตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ และพยายามให้เกมทำงานต่อเนื่องและข้อมูลไม่หาย แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือหยุดชะงัก ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมจากการใช้เกม ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของประเทศคุณซึ่งสละไม่ได้

13. การลบบัญชี

คุณขอให้ลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อใน "คุยกับทีม" หรือที่หน้าลบบัญชี ไอเทมทั้งหมดหายถาวรและกู้คืนไม่ได้

14. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด กฎหมาย และการติดต่อ

เมื่อแก้ข้อกำหนดนี้ เราจะแก้หน้านี้และวันที่ การเล่นต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่ ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย โดยไม่ตัดความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายของประเทศที่คุณอยู่ซึ่งสละไม่ได้ ติดต่อเราที่ [email protected] หรือ "คุยกับทีม"
