In the game
- Open the game. In the village, tap the gear at the top right.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete for good. You need to be online.
- Your account and its data go at once. Copies in our backups and team tools go within 30 days.
Without opening the game
Email [email protected] and tell us at least one of these, so we can find the account:
- the name you set on the weekly leaderboard
- a Google Play order number (starts with GPA., in Google's receipt email), if you bought something in the game
We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. We may ask for more details to make sure the account is yours.
We do not ask for or store your email address in the game, so we cannot find an account by email. An account with no leaderboard name and no purchase holds only random IDs and game data and cannot be traced to you without the game: open the game and use the first way, or uninstall it and the account stays unused.
What is deleted
- your player account: its random IDs and your leaderboard name
- all progress and items, daily copies of your save, and the history of items gained and spent
- runs, leaderboard entries, game events and error reports
- your messages and pictures sent to the team in "Talk to us"
Everything in the account is gone for good and cannot be restored, including anything you bought. A game still installed can no longer use that account; uninstall it to remove the copy on your phone.
What is kept
- Purchase records (product, price, time, order number, and Google's purchase token, so that a purchase can never be paid twice) for as long as accounting and tax rules and refunds need them, with your player ID removed.
- Copies of your "Talk to us" text in our team's Telegram chat, which we remove by hand within 30 days.
- Our team's log of actions, which may mention the deleted random player ID.
- Your deletion email, as the record that we acted on it.
- Database backups, until they are overwritten.
Google holds its own data about ads and purchases under its own policies: manage it in your Google Account and in Android's settings (Privacy → Ads).
Deleting the account does not cancel a membership subscription. Google Play keeps charging until it is cancelled. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (open it in Google Play).
